PICKERING Town have learned their full NCEL Premier Division fixture list, with a busy opening month on the cards.
Tony Hackworth's side will begin their campaign at Frickley Town on Saturday (3pm), ahead of seven matches across all competitions in August.
They have been handed home ties with Golcar United (August 6, 7:45pm), Knaresborough Town (August 13, 7:45pm) and Hallam (August 16, 7:45pm), and will head on the road to Goole (August 9, 7:45pm) and Winterton Rangers (August 31).
They will also travel to Penrith in the Emirates FA Cup extra preliminary round on August 3 and host Newcastle Benfield in the Isuzu FA Vase first qualifying round on August 24.
September brings with it a midweek trip to Parkgate (September 3, 7:45pm), as well as home ties with Handsworth, Penistone Church and Campion, who narrowly missed out on back-to-back promotions after a second-placed finish last season.
The Pikes face a North Yorkshire derby at Tadcaster Albion on October 1 (7:45pm) before entertaining Bradford-based sides Thackley and Albion Sports. They close out the month with consecutive trips to Barton Town and Bottesford Town.
Pickering return to Mill Lane against Beverley on November 2, with a tough trip to big-spending Silsden (November 12, 7:45pm), the reverse fixture against Frickley and a home tie against Goole also on the cards that month.
Three of their four December fixtures are on the road, with Winterton Rangers (December 21) their final home match of the calendar year.
The Pikes will start 2025 at home to Parkgate (January 4) before visits to Handsworth and Penistone Church.
A home derby with Tadcaster (February 8) is the only home fixture of a month that sees trips to Bradford-based sides Campion, Thackley and Albion Sports.
Four of Pickering's last five fixtures are at home, with the exception of a visit to Beverley Town on March 8.
They will close out the season at home to Eccleshill United on April 5.
