Now that the first Christmas TV advert has aired, the countdown to the big day is officially on.

And with just 84 sleeps to go, there's no better time to make a start on those Santa lists.

Especially when Tesco just launched its staggering half price sale which featured some of this year's must have toys and games.

This came after the supermarket saw a whopping 400 per cent increase in demand for board games and ‘kidult’ toys during Lockdown.

With so much choice, the expert elves at Tesco have tried to make the wish list writing for you and your family a little easier this year.

Tesco Category Manager for Toys, Nursery and Sport, Anne Borrett said: “Lockdown created a unique scenario with many parents and children able to spend more time than ever together and this has brought about a huge ongoing demand for kidult toys – trusted brands that still bring joy to grown-ups as much as their kids.

“Choosing presents for your little ones at Christmas is never an easy task but we hope that this list gives parents a little bit of insight into what’s been popular in the world of toys this year.”

Tesco predict that the release of two major films: Jurassic World Dominion and next year's Paw Patrol means these toys will be popular this festive season.

Today, they have put together a list of their top 10 picks for children's and 'kidult' toys for Christmas 2021.
