May we, through the Gazette & Herald on behalf of our son Peter, who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, thank everyone who has supported our fundraising events over the past two months to raise money to buy him a walking aid, without which he would be in his wheelchair permanently.
A very special thanks go to Ryedale Lions, the Yorkshire Building Society and all the anonymous donations received.
For Peter, Christmas has come early thanks to the generous people who have supported us all.
