How to hide the over-spending
I have just read in the Gazette and Herald that the council has an over spend of £60,000 on staff salaries.
I have a great idea about how to get some of the money back – charge for recycling. Everyone will pay, just to say they are trying to be green, then we can hide the over-spend.
