A Christmas fashion show staged by Malton fashion shop Ego and Boarding Edge attracted a big audience at Richardson's Bowling Club, Norton.
Co-ordinated by Joanne Jarvis. the event included a display by The Goodys artistic hair-styling team and presentations of four categories of clothing - casual, formal, evening and technical.
Carla Barratt-Gibson, aged 15, who won a recent modelling competition in Malton and Norton when she beat 30 other contestants, was presented with an array of prizes, including £100 gift vouchers from Ego and Boarding Edge, a makeover from the Goodys group, and sunbed treatment from the Tanning Studio.
In addition, Carla will receive a portfolio from Helen Frost Photography and help from the Jo Bardetti model agency to help further her career.
Runners-up in the competition were presented with a dress watch and clothing by Ego.
Lighting and sound for the fashion show was provided by Darren McElwain, of the Technology Shop, Malton.
