NICKY Tinkler, who is setting Yorkshire point-to-point alight this season, again stole the show at the Derwent meeting on Sunday by riding two winners and a second place at the Charm Park track, near Scarborough.
Just Jake completed his hat-trick with ease in the Mens' Open, while his other winner was on Millennium Gold in the Members, thus providing Chris Pimlott, from Scrayingham, with his first training success. The Go With The Flow partnership of owners also recorded its first success.
The older maiden race was divided into three contests and there were victories for Serena Brotherton, from Whitwell, riding her own Emperor's Son, and Saxon Gold, ridden by Clive Mulhall, who won in the fastest time of the three divisions.
Michael Morley, from Pickering, won the young maiden race on his mother's Yashdown, who was impressive in defeat when finishing second at Duncombe Park.
Philip Kinsella rode his first ever winner on Brighter Shade in a hotly-contested Confined, making up for the misfortune of being deprived of victory on his previous run at Helmsley.
