A young girl has acquired every Beaver badge - following in the footsteps of her brother, who achieved the same feat in 2019.
Emily Simms of 1st Helmsley Scouts, who will move to Cubs after Christmas, has earned all six Beaver challenge badges, every activity badge, and the prestigious Bronze Chief Scout Award.
She is only the second Beaver in her Scout group’s history to have earned every badge.
Emily's time in Beaver Scouts has been filled with learning experiences, from knot-tying to building dens and crafting bird boxes.
A spokesperson for Emily’s Beaver Scout group said: "This is an amazing accomplishment and takes a lot of commitment, time, and hard work.
"Beaver Scouts is all about making memories, friends, and learning skills for life.
"We try to offer activities and experiences they wouldn’t normally have at school or home."
