A York man in his 30s died in a crash involving a motorcycle and two cars, police said.
He was riding the motorcycle, a black Suzuki, which was involved in the crash with a black Audi and grey Volvo on the A168 south of Boroughbridge on Monday evening (November 25).
North Yorkshire Police said the collision happened at about 5pm at the junction of Marton Lane, near Harrogate Caravan Storage.
“The rider of the motorcycle, a man aged in his 30s from the York area, sadly died at the scene despite the efforts of officers and the ambulance service,” a force spokesperson said.
They urged who saw the crash or the vehicles before to get in touch.
“We are working to establish the full circumstances of the incident and are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage of any of the vehicles involved in the collision both before the collision and of the collision itself,” the spokesperson said.
