Updated: The A64 eastbound between the A659 Tadcaster West and the A659 Tadcaster East junction has is now moving without delays, according to the AA Traffic News site and the National Highways Agency is not indicating any slow-moving traffic.
A lane was closed earlier after a vehicle broke down.
National Highways reported that the A64 eastbound between the A659 Tadcaster West and the A659 Tadcaster East junctions had seen one lane closed after a vehicle broke down.
The agency said traffic was running slowly and normal traffic conditions were expected to resume this afternoon.
The AA Traffic News site had reported queuing traffic eastbound to the A162.
