POLICE in York are trying to trace a bike thief.
North Yorkshire Police say they’re investigating the theft of an e-bike in the city.
A service spokesman said: “It happened at around 12.05pm on October 3, at the rear of York Minster, when a white Hopper e-bike was stolen from the cycle racks.
“A CCTV image shows the bike been ridden away.
“If you can assist the investigation, please email joanne.bell@northyorkshire.police.uk or call North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask for PC1488 Bell, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website. Please quote reference 12240180342 when passing on information.”
