The Polar Express Train Ride is currently running at Wensleydale Railway for the Christmas season.
The experience brings to life the tale of the magical train, which began life as a novel by Chris Van Allsburg and was adapted for the big screen in 2004.
Families can take a ride on the Polar Express through to December 23 (the rides started on November 16).
Passengers will be greeted by a lively cast of actors upon boarding, and will be treated to re-enactments of memorable scenes from the film.
The motion picture soundtrack will provide musical backing, as riders journey towards the North Pole to meet Santa Claus himself.
Onboard highlights include the conductor punching each passenger's golden ticket; hot chocolate, and a delicious cookie, served by dancing chefs; a read-along with The Polar Express book; and an appearance by Santa Claus, who will present each guest with their very own special sleigh bell.
Families are invited to wear their pyjamas for their ride.
Ticket prices start at £38.90 per person, with various fare options depending on the date and time.
Nick Keegan, marketing and fundraising manager at Wensleydale Railway, said: "We’re very pleased to host The Polar Express Train Ride at Wensleydale Railway once again.
"This event is the perfect way for families to make this Christmas a truly magical one and create lasting memories in a unique way."
The Polar Express Train Ride is licensed by Rail Events Inc, in partnership with Warner Bros Consumer Products, and served more than 1.5 million riders at 54 locations worldwide in 2023.
