AN investigation is underway following an incident involving a man allegedly mistreating a horse.
Police have said they are looking into the matter after a video was shared on social media.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "We are aware of video footage circulating online showing a man and a horse. An incident has been reported to us, and officers are investigating the circumstances. Enquiries are at an early stage."
