An incident on a North Yorkshire bridge has been resolved.
A police spokesperson said: "Earlier yesterday evening we responded to a report of a woman in distress in the Peasholm area of Scarborough.
"The incident was safely resolved, and roads all reopened.
"We appreciate your support, as always."
