Excellent care
I HAVE been using Pickering Medical Centre for ten years and have received excellent care and advice on a range of medical issues, some minor and some more serious, including a faint at the nearby car park.

In order to get the best care possible always treat the staff with courtesy, respect and gratitude - they are under a lot of pressure. Follow the recommendations of the receptionist as to the most suitable member of staff to see and take the medical advice given. In the very unlikely event of a real criticism of the service, use the accessible complaints procedure before moaning to others, so that it can be resolved.
And finally, to protect our NHS and its dedicated staff, vote to get rid of this government, which has underfunded and denigrated it for too long.
