Ryedale youngsters are celebrating after their designs were selected to be printed on to Christmas cards.
Kirkbymoorside Primary School pupils James Brad, Katie Rivis and Ebony Smith got into the festive spirit and created the artwork, which was judged by local artist Derek Thrippleton.
Derek is the owner of The Gallery art shop in West End, Kirkbymoorside, which sponsored the Christmas card competition.
He said quality entries made picking one winner a difficult task.
“The quality of the remaining artwork was so good we had to award a second and third award to each category,” he said.

The winners were awarded £10 and their cards will be on sale at The Gallery and from Kirkbymoorside Primary School when they are printed.
Derek opened The Gallery in June.
At the time he said: “It has been a long-held ambition of mine to open my own gallery and when these premises became available I thought that the time was right to realise that ambition.
“It’s something I’ve always wanted to do for myself.”
