A primary school in Ryedale is to hold its first summer fair in four years.
Amotherby School, near Malton, is to host the fair on Saturday, July 8, from 12pm to 3pm.
It has been organised by the newly formed PTA and is open to all, with admission £2 for adults and free for children.
Organisers have said it is set to be a fun-packed afternoon with the aim of raising funds for the school.
On the day there will be pony rides, inflatable obstacle course, welly wanging, beat the goalie, facepainting, forest school activities, a visiting fire engine, teddy bear tombola and more.
Live music will also feature throughout the afternoon from The Black Marcs, and a performance from the Frances Lyn theatre group will form part of the programme.

The new PTA formed at the beginning of the current academic year and has already raised £3,259 through a variety of initiatives.
Ruth Wanless, head teacher at the school, said: “We are very excited for the summer fair.
“It is a great opportunity for us to welcome the community into our school and the funds raised will go towards improving the provision for our pupils.”
