Grey skies and showers are to continue over the Coronation Weekend in Ryedale, say forecasters.
The Met Office has said that rain is to continue this morning (May 5) until 1pm.
Cloudy skies are to remain until 3pm, with more rain to follow from 4pm and clouds tonight.
Today will see a low of 7C and a high of 17C.
Moving to Saturday, the Met Office has forecast cloudy skies throughout the day, with light rain forecast from 4pm.
The day will see a low of 11C and a high of 16C.

Rain is to continue through the night on Saturday into Sunday.
According to the forecasters, Sunday is looking to be the best day weather-wise for the bank holiday weekend.
The Met Office has forecast a dry start to the day but has said light showers will arrive by lunchtime lasting until 4pm.
On the day there will be a high of 18C and a low of 11C.
A cloudy start is forecast for Monday, with light showers predicted from 10am, which are to get heavier throughout the day.
The day will see a low of 11C and a high of 17C.
