EMERGENCY services were called today (March 20) to a cooker fire in North Yorkshire.
Fire crews from Pickering and Malton responded to the call in a home in Maltongate, Thornton-le-Dale at 9.58am.
Upon the arrival of the crews, the fire was out.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The fire was out on arrival and crews isolated the cooker and inspected.
“Crews used small tools and a thermal imaging camera.”
