Malton’s boutique midsummer music festival is to return again this year with early bird tickets are now on sale – at half price.
Brought to you by Visit Malton, Meadowfest is set within the natural amphitheatre gardens and riverside meadows of The Talbot Hotel in Malton.
The line-up for this year’s Meadowfest, on July 29, is yet to be announced, but festivalgoers can expect an eclectic mix of Yorkshire’s finest bands, as well as a few more famous faces, across two stages. Previous headliners have included indie rock band, The Feeling, and music legends, The Lightning Seeds.
As well as some of the region’s most-acclaimed musical talent, Meadowfest boasts a variety of street food stalls, or if you prefer, you can bring your own picnic along with you (excluding glass bottles and alcohol). What’s more, there’s also plenty to keep kids entertained, with the likes of children’s entertainment, face painters, inflatables and fairground rides.
Discounted adult ‘Early Bird’ tickets are now on sale at £20 per person (+£1 booking fee), meaning you can grab your tickets at half price if you book now (while stocks last). Accompanied children’s tickets (aged 3 to 15) are just £2.50.
Tom Naylor-Leyland, Director of Visit Malton, said: "We are so excited to be bringing back Meadowfest for its fourth year, on Saturday 29th July! It was so brilliant to see so many people singing and dancing in the beautiful riverside festival site last summer, and we can’t wait to reveal what we have up our sleeves for our festivalgoers at this year’s edition.”
