FIREFIGHTERS are currently on the scene at a large barn fire in North Yorkshire.
Crews from Easingwold, Boroughbridge, Acomb, Huntington, and a water bowser from Tadcaster first responded to the report of a barn on fire at 9.11pm last night (February 28).

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said: “On the arrival of crews, all livestock had been removed from the barn and approximately 650 bales were well alight.”
The spokesperson confirmed that the incident is ongoing.
