FIREFIGHTERS were on the scene after a car went on fire last night (January 10) in Scarborough.
Following reports, a crew responded to the incident at 7.37pm on St James Road.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “On arrival they used one hose reel jet and one breathing apparatus to extinguish.
“The fire was caused by a fault with the fuel line.”
