Crews respond to child locked in a vehicle in Scarborough
Firefighters were called in for a child trapped in a car yesterday afternoon.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said their crews were called out at 11.51am yesterday (May 10) to Scarborough.
Crews were called to Cambridge Street after a report of a child locked in vehicle.
A service spokesman said: " On arrival [the crew] were not needed as a spare key had been located allowing the family to gain access."
