Discarded barbecues cause fire in Scarborough
Firefighters were called in after reports of a fire this morning.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said their crews were called out at 1.47am (May 10) to Scarborough.
Crews were called to Filey Road after a report of a fire the open.
A service spokesman said: "This was a fire to discarded BBQ’s and was extinguished using a bucket of water."
