Firefighters were called in after a fire in Scarborough last night.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said their crews were called out at 9.49pm last night (May 3) to St Leonard’s Crescent.
Crews were called to the playing fields near the location after a report of a fire in the open.
A service spokesman said: "Crews attended a small fire in the open and extinguished it using a hose reel jet.”
