PEOPLE are being encouraged to order repeat prescriptions in plenty of time over Christmas.
The North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) say delays could stretch up to 14 days.
GP surgeries are asking patients to order prescriptions quickly to ensure it’s ready by Christmas Eve.
Dr Tim Rider said: “If you order your repeat medication directly via your GP Practice, please be patient.”
