FOR this month’s feature, members of Malton Camera Club have gone for a real mix of pictures, from the wild and wonderful to stunning and serene.
The images were taken across the world, as well as closer to home, and include everything from a giraffe and its child, to Raby Castle and beautiful waterfalls.
Club members have been meeting online during lockdown.
A spokesperson for the club said: “Malton Camera Club has recently upgraded to the paid version of
Zoom so we are no longer limited
to 40 minutes so the Zoom meetings can continue for the whole club evening.
“We have been able to get three guest speakers in the last two months.
“We have had presentations from Dave Tucker (special effect composite photographs), Harry Kingman (jungles and wetlands of India) and Rod Sloane (cycling photos).
“In one way technology has made life easier in that it is easier to get guest speakers as they do not have travelling costs.
“We have also had a couple of club outings to Beverley and North Cave.”
