SCAMPSTON Walled Garden has announced its annual Autumn Plant Fair will go-ahead, despite the coronavirus pandemic.
Staff are preparing for their first socially-distanced event of the season, on Sunday, September 13, from 10am to 3pm.
The fair will feature an array of nurseries selling plants and gardening accessories, alongside free access to Scampston Walled Garden and surrounding parkland.
Visitors can expect social distancing, hygiene measures and sanitising stations during the day.
“We feel that it is important for our plant fair to go-ahead as planned,” said Chris Legard, owner of Scampston Hall.
