A FIRM of solicitors in Malton has been nominated for a Yorkshire Legal Award.
Spectrum Solicitors in Wheelgate is one of the finalists in the residential category of Yorkshire’s annual celebration of the county’s legal profession.
The firm’s residential team handles customer house sales and purchases from quote to completion, and registration with the Land Registry thereafter.
Laura Rafferty-Trow, acquisition manager with the firm, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be nominated for the second year in a row. The residential category is very well contested, and this is the first time that we’re finalists in this section.
“Our nomination was based on our customer service which we have had independently verified by mystery shoppers and benchmarked against the industry average – coming out with scores well in excess of that average.
“It’s great to be recognised for all of the hard work that we’ve put in, in particular over the last year, to improve our processes and put customer experience at the heart of everything we do.”
The Yorkshire Legal Awards will take place at a ceremony in Leeds on October 10.
