TWO colourful displays celebrating harvest-time and autumn will go on display at Helmsley Walled Garden this autumn.
The Fruits of Autumn display, from Sunday 17 to Sunday, September 24, showcases the decorative fruit and vegetables and autumn blooms grown in the garden alongside homemade produce and a selection of vintage gardening tools.
Throughout October the colourful pumpkin and squash display will showcase the variety grown in the Garden this year.
Julie Lawrence, garden manager said “We wanted to have a colourful and fun display of the bountiful produce we grow alongside some interesting gardening tools.
"There is still so much to see in September and we want to show people that gardens can still be full of interest even as we head into October.”
