WOOD Peter Of Starfitts Lane. Passed away unexpectedly in Scarborough Hospital on September 23rd 2024, aged 77 years. Beloved husband of Sylvia, a much loved dad of Lynne and John, father in law of Simon and Ellen and a dearly loved grandad of Abigail, Jacob, Marie and Jack. Funeral service to be held at Kirkbymoorside Methodist Church on Friday 25th October at 2:00pm, followed by interment in Kirkdale Churchyard. Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be given for the Special Care Baby Unit at York Hospital, a plate will be provided at the service.
