HAWKINS Jack Of Ampleforth Passed away after a short illness in St Monica's Hospital, Easingwold, on 6th March 2023 aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Joan, a much loved dad of John, Anne, Karen and the late Michael, a loving grandad of Chris, Adam and James and great-grandad of Phoebe. Funeral service and cremation to be held at the East Riding Crematorium, Octon, on Friday 31st March at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be given for Help for Heroes and Prostate Cancer UK, a plate will be provided at the service.
