STRONG Ruth Local Lockton Historian. Passed away peacefully in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield, on 24th January 2022 aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Brian, a much loved mum of Rachel, Shelagh, Bridget and the late Jonathan and a devoted granny to her seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral service to be held at St Giles Church, Lockton, on Wednesday 16th February at 1:30pm, followed by interment in Lockton Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be given for Camphill Village Trust and LEPRA, a plate will be provided at the service.
