TATE Sophie Ann Sophie passed away on Friday, 17th September 2021 aged 36 years. A short life lived through adversity with a wonderous smile and such strength. A service to commemorate such a special life will be held at St Mary's Priory Church, Malton on Monday 4th October 2021 at 11.30am. Flowers are more than welcome.
