THOMPSON Robert William 'Rob' Of Snainton (Woodworking Supplies). Passed away peacefully at Scarborough Hospital on June 29th 2021, aged 82 years. Cherished husband of the late Shirley. Much loved dad of Lynda and Jackie, father-in-law of Mike and a good friend to many. Service at East Riding Crematorium, Octon on Thursday, July 15th 2021 at 12.30 pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Scarborough & Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team & Yorkshire Air Ambulance send c/o F. A. Stockill and Son, 9A, Snainton, YO13 9AP.

Condolences to the family. Never a nicer fella, we used to buy MOT failures from him when he had the scrap yard, as kids we would wreck 'em in the stubble fields then take em back to him for "recycling", happy days, see ya Rob, Neil Woodcock.
