CHASE Joyce (nee Clifford) On July 7th, passed away peacefully in York Hospital, aged 49 years, of Ampleforth. Beloved wife of David, loving Mum of Emma and Jake and a much loved sister and auntie. Funeral service at Our Lady & St Benedict's Church, Ampleforth, on Thursday, July 18th, at 11:00am followed by interment. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to Leeds Cares, a plate will be provided in church.
