TATE-SMITH John Passed away suddenly and peacefully in York Hospital on October 27th 2018 aged 74 years. Loving husband of Maggie, a much loved dad of James, Alan, James and Jonny and doting Gramp of Isobel, Alex, Herbie, Freddie, Alfie and Ruby and adored brother of Helen. A legend to all who knew him. Funeral Service to take place at the East Riding Crematorium (Octon) on Wednesday November 7th at 2.30pm. A splash of colour please. Family flowers only.
