EVANS Gemma (nee Cawood) Passed away peacefully on October 4th aged 27 years. A cherished wife of Adam and a much loved daughter and sister. Funeral service to take place at The East Riding Crematorium, Octon on Tuesday, October 16th at 11.30am. Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be given for Diabetes UK.
