Published on 01/02/2017
LENG Ernest Passed away peacefully, on January 25th with close friends by his side. Son of the late Mary and Ernest, brother of the late Herbert, beloved friend of Ruth, uncle of Tracy and Mark, and great-uncle of Sam and Benjamin. A lifelong Sinnington Village resident and dear friend to many. We take great comfort that our beloved is gently casting his fishing line into a great endless river. A private service will be held at the East Riding Crematoriam, Octon, followed by a Memorial Service at the Sinnington Chapel at 1.30pm on February 7th. Floral tributes welcome in Sinnington, donations in lieu if desired to Sinnington Chapel or local Cancer Care. All enquiries to W Bumby & Son, Kirkbymoorside. Tel: 01751 432737.

I am learning to fly fish and when I cast my lure I will think of Ernest
