SMITH Jake Bradley Of Strensall. Passed away at home with his family on December 18th. Aged 4 years. Treasured son of Chris and Rebecca, much loved little brother of Olivia and George and a dear grandson and nephew. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Wednesday, January 4th 2017, at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Dravet's Syndrome UK and York Inspirational Kids.
