SMITH Ann Lesley (nee Chandler) Passed away suddenly on October 22nd, 2016, aged 76 years. Beloved partner of the late Neville King, loving mother to Graham and Lindsey and adored granny to Jack. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium, on Friday, November 4th, at 2.20p.m. No flowers by request please but donations if so desired to St. Leonard's Hospice.
