SMITH Michael The family of Mike Smith would like to thank the doctors, in particular Doctor Longworth and Doctor Diggory, the nurses and all the staff on Fitzwilliam Ward at Malton Hospital and John Shenton, Macmillan Nurse for their care and consideration of Mike and his family. Also thanks go to Ted Agar, Kerry Austin and their staff for all their help with the funeral arrangements, to Rev. Tanya Short, Rev. Rosie Coles and Jonathan Piercy for the thoughtful and inspirational service at St. Michael's Church. The help and support of friends and neighbours to Chris and all the family through this difficult time have been greatly appreciated.
