Good agricultural land must be kept for food production
As local businesses located at Eden Business Park in Old Malton, we pride ourselves on supporting other local businesses and, particularly, local farms which make up the the backbone of the farming community in this part of North Yorkshire.
We wholeheartedly agree that good agricultural land, such as at Eden Farm, must be kept for food production.
We support solar and all forms of renewable energy but solar panels must be placed on poor land, brownfield sites or rooftops.
We do not support the application by Harmony Energy at Eden Farm.
