NYM/2012/0535/FL A & D Sturdy Ltd, Potters Barn, Brook Lane, Thornton le Dale. Construction of detached garage with log store. The application site is within Thornton Dale Conservation Area.
NYM/2012/0517/FL Ms K Lawford Davies, White Horse Cottage, West End, Ampleforth. Installation of replacement 2 no. ground floor windows together with reinstatement of door to front elevation. The application site is within Ampleforth Conservation Area.

The application site is within Cold Kirby Conservation Area and it is considered that the proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.
