Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 The Ryedale Plan: Local Plan Strategy Notice of Examination In accordance with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, Ryedale District Council hereby gives notice that the independent Examination into the above-mentioned Development Plan Document will open on Tuesday 11 September 2012 at 10.00am. The Examination will be held at the District Council Offices, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7HH. A Pre-Hearing Meeting (PHM) will take place at 2.00pm on Friday 13 July 2012 in the Council Chamber at Ryedale House, when procedures will be clarified. The Secretary of State has appointed Inspector Stephen J Pratt BA (Hons) MRTPI from the Planning Inspectorate to conduct the Examination.
