NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Ryedale Folk Museum Limited, Ryedale Folk Museum, Hutton Le Hole, York, YO62 6UA. Application has been made on the 17th October 2016 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 10:00 and 17:30. At pre-arranged events, art exhibitions, etc on sales and off sales until 22:00 hours. 2)The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 10:00 and 17:30. At pre-arranged events, art exhibitions, etc until 22:00 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (i.e. by the 14th of November 2016). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
