NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Robert Mark Thompson, Stapylton Arms, Wass, York, YO61 4BE. Application has been made on 5th September 2016 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 10.00 until 00:00 hours each day, and on New Years Eve until 02:00 hours. 2) To extend the hours the premises are open to the public, each day from 10:00 until 00:30 and on New Years Eve until 02:30. 3) To remove outdated/redundant conditions on the current licence and replace them with those provided at part M of the application form. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 3rd of October 2016). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
