Licensing Act 2003 Mr James McMillan 5(a) Market Street, Malton, YO17 7LY Application has been made on the 11th of August 2016 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol (off sales only) each day between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00. 2. The premises to be open to the public for the same hours as shown above for the supply of alcohol. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 8th of September 2016).
