TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(VARIOUS ROADS IN THE DISTRICT OF RYEDALE) ORDER 2016 NO 363
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the following roads in the District of Ryedale, for a temporary period of 85 days of Closure (subject to access to premises) between 8th August 2016 and 31st October 2016, in order to protect the workforce and travelling public during carriageway surface dressing and reinstatement of lining - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
