TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(LAY-BY OFF A170, KIRKBYMOORSIDE) ORDER 2016 NO 347
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the lay-by off the A170, Kirkbymoorside, known as "Canteen lay-by", in the District of Ryedale, for a temporary period of two weeks of Closure (subject to access to premises) between 22nd July 2016 and 21st January 2018, because of tree-felling works - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
