Mr Deoraj Itburrun, 16 Market Place, Malton, YO17 7LX. Application has been made on the 4th July 2016 for a variation of the Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) between 08:00 and 19:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 08:00 until 21:30 Thursday to Saturday. 2. The hours the premises are open to the public 08:00 until 19:30 Sunday to Wednesday and 08:00 until 22:00 Thursday to Saturday. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 1st August 2016). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
